Returns and Exchanges

At Gharvynnbrax, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to our return conditions. This policy complies with New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in the same condition as when you received them
Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized items
Items that have been damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Items that have been used or installed
Items purchased during special sales, unless otherwise stated

Return Process

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Exchanges

Exchange items for different sizes, colors, or styles, subject to product availability.

To initiate a return:

2 Package the item securely in its original packaging
3 Include your proof of purchase and return authorization number
4 Ship the item to our return address, which will be provided upon authorization
